If a product shown becomes unavailable, we will make every effort to remove it from our website in a timely manner. In the event that you order an item before we've updated it's non availability, we will inform you as soon as possible thereafter that the item is no longer available. You may then cancel your order without cost, or alternatively, choose another item at the applicable price. While in some cases an item's non availability may be replenished, other items may have limited availability only.
All our pricing is in Canadian Dollars.
Please be aware that Event Shelters - A Division of Giant Pro LTD. may not have stock at all times of all items that we have on display on our on line store. Further, sale prices displayed on the website may be internet only purchase prices, or special promotions, with different pricing at the same time for physical store premises or telephone order purchases.
Shipping Canada wide may take up to 10 business days for items in stock. Custom order items may take up to 30 business days for delivery. Exceptions to these rules IE: out of stock item will result in customer notification prior to order processing.
